This Christmas

So Christmas has come and gone and I want to share my happiness with you. As you all know, well those of you that read my blog, I have recently fell in love and met my husband. Most of you know our
fairy tale story, for those of you that don't, I'll share it again one day.

Well this year I was excited about Christmas for the kids only. I did not expect anything from my love and I was ok with that. This being our first Christmas he led me to believe it was all about the kids. Long story short, I have an amazing man. Not only did he surprise me multiple times with multiple gifts, he thought about it all!!! He was so romantic and it just moved me the thought he put into it. His gesture showed and reminded how a healthy relationship should feel. Not about the gifts, but the feeling. It's an amazing feeling when someone thinks about you. They know what you need and what you want.

I think people sometimes get love wrong because they base it on a feeling. For me love is about a choice. A choice to withstand the harsh weather conditions, I suggest when you decide to love someone, decide on someone who is amazing and makes you feel like a queen!

Someone who is ready to give you the key to their heart because they understand you will always protect it as your own.
